Client Services Assistant
DEPARTMENT: Client Services
REPORTS TO: Director of Client Services
The Client Services Department provides software support, services, and training for clients.
Responsibilities include:
• Answer telephone and e-mail messages.
• Resolve client questions, requests and issues, or transfer to appropriate staff.
• Maintain client records, fill orders, and develop expertise in use of PG Calc’s client database.
• Assist with client communications and support department members.
• Coordinate meetings and events.
• Develop working knowledge of PG Calc’s software and services.
• Contribute to ad hoc and cross-departmental projects.
• Coordinate reserve report requests, monitor data, deliver reports and invoice clients.
• Coordinate software testing hours.
• Provide administrative assistance to the CS Director
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
2 – 4 years of college
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Computer proficiency. Microsoft Office. Experience in using database software. Well organized. Good writing skills. Positive sense of humor. Cooperative and willing to assist others. Ability to work independently and as a team member.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two years of previous related administrative experience.
