Beth Ridout is the Director of Estate Administration for The Nature Conservancy, where she and her team handle approximately 1,600 estate/trust administration files and receive over $100 million in annual bequest revenue. She has been with The Nature Conservancy for 13 years. Previously, she was a high net worth Trust Officer at Merrill Lynch where she helped clients plan their philanthropy and saw charitable giving from their perspectives. She has her JD from the University of Pittsburgh and a BS in accounting. Beth lives in Marin County, California, but her team is located at The Nature Conservancy headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.
Kay Pitches, Deputy Estate Administrator, has worked on the Estate Administration team at The Nature Conservancy for 14 years. She administers complex gifts and leads the acceptance of real estate devises for the team. She also has extensive experience working with financial custodians on the collection of non-probate assets. Kay is a native of Northern Virginia and enjoys biking, hiking, camping and anything that gets her outdoors with her two rescue dogs.
Nancy Stroud joined The Nature Conservancy as the Estate Administrator in 2021. She previously worked for over 5 years in a similar role at Wounded Warrior Project after 15 years of service as a Trust Officer for Merrill Lynch Trust Company. Nancy started her career in personal banking at First Union Bank, where she assisted clients with savings, lending and investing needs. She graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Communications. Nancy also obtained, and continues to maintain, her Certified Trust & Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation after completion of Florida Graduate Trust School. Nancy currently lives in St. Augustine, Florida, where she enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling. She continues to be a proud military spouse of over 27 years and counting.
