Michele Gravelle

Michele is a consultant with Triad, where she applies her 25 years of experience to helping professionals cultivate their leadership capabilities and develop masterful communication skills.

Michele’s clients include Biogen Idec, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Capital One, ExxonMobil, National Park Service, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Proctor and Gamble, and the U.S. Postal Service. She has facilitated executive education programs at the Harvard Negotiation Institute and regularly teaches at Boston University’s Corporate Education Group.

Prior to working with Triad, Michele was the Director of Corporate Education at Vantage Partners, a consulting firm affiliated with Triad and the Harvard Negotiation Project. At Vantage, Michele partnered with thought leaders in the field of negotiation and relationship management, and built a corporate education practice that grew to $4 million over five years.

Before joining Vantage, Michele was the National Director of Training at J. Walter Thompson, the oldest advertising agency in the United States. While at JWT, she developed ground-breaking training courses that redefined skills training in the consumer products industry.

Michele is a contributing author of Enlightened Power: How Women are Transforming the Path to Leadership (Jossey-Bass 2005). Michele holds a Masters in Psychology, which comes in handy when dealing with the complexities of human dynamics. She is an active and enthusiastic supporter of the Children’s Literacy Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring a love of reading and writing among low-income, at-risk, and rural children in New Hampshire and Vermont.
