What Color Is Your CRT?

Planned giving donors come from a wide range of circumstances – there are many different age groups, varying levels of income and wealth, an array of different funding property types, and a plethora of objectives, both short-term and long-term. While the venerable Charitable Remainder Trust has its limitations, it serves as the ideal split interest gift vehicle in a significant number of situations.
