- Strategies to identify who among your donors represents the best potential audience for planned gift messaging
- Schedule of tactics that support your stated goals
- Documentation of past results
- Development of meaningful and solid metrics
Our print deliverable in this particular area typically includes:
- Written plan intended to be shared with all stakeholders that summarizes annual goals
- List of multi-channel (email, Web, postal mail, advertising, phone, visits) messaging delivery for the upcoming year
- Timeline that combines channel with messaging (ie “Bequest Email” or “Gift Annuity Postal Mail”
- Plan to conduct internal benchmarks against past results
