Work with us to ensure an existing strategic plan includes clear and attainable goals, a schedule of marketing activities that complements that plan, and messaging that blends effectively with other messaging from the organization as a whole.

If you don’t have a plan, work with us to develop one. We’ll focus on developing an annual plan that contains the following:

  • Strategies to identify who among your donors represents the best potential audience for planned gift messaging
  • Schedule of tactics that support your stated goals
  • Documentation of past results
  • Development of meaningful and solid metrics

Our print deliverable in this particular area typically includes:

  • Written plan intended to be shared with all stakeholders that summarizes annual goals
  • List of multi-channel (email, Web, postal mail, advertising, phone, visits) messaging delivery for the upcoming year
  • Timeline that combines channel with messaging (ie “Bequest Email” or “Gift Annuity Postal Mail
  • Plan to conduct internal benchmarks against past results
