The heading is the organization name that appears on PGM presentations. Every heading includes three elements: the heading itself, the narrative name, and the short name. The heading may be up to five lines of text, although we recommend no more than two, and appears at the top of every presentation. The narrative name is one line of text and appears within the text in narratives. The short name may be up to 10 characters and appears in places on presentations where the full name of the organization won't fit: in the charity box on diagrams, for example.
A typical heading would be:
Full: STATE COLLEGE
ANYTOWN CAMPUS
Narrative: State College - Anytown Campus
Short: SCAC
If you are a PGM license holder, see the Help section in the software for more details.
