Ellen was the original author of the GiftWrap product back in 1988 and remains our resident expert in all business areas of this product. She spent several years at SmartRoute Systems as the Director of Software and later as the VP of Engineering, working on the in-vehicle navigation systems. She has a B.A. in Computer Science and Music from Tufts University and a M.M. in Flute Performance from Boston Conservatory.  When not immersed in the GiftWrap product, Ellen may be found performing on flute or trying new area restaurants.
